Workshop Briefing: Ask & Ye Shall Receive

A panel discussion with real brides

What if you actually knew what brides really thought?  Imagine being able to ask questions like:
What magazines do you buy and read?
Did you actually call or at least visit the websites of the ads you saw in the magazines?
What are you attracted to most at a website?
What wedding blogs do you read?
What planning website did you use to find vendors?
Did you limit your vendors to those you found on preferred vendor lists?
Do you like follow up to your inquiry by phone or email?
What do you wish you had available to you?
Did you or do you plan on going to any bridal shows?
What do you like or dislike about bridal shows?
Do you like custom packaging or do you like to see flat fees?
Were you turned off by anything in particular that you saw on a website or add?
Do you like a more professional approach or a more laid back friendly approach?

The answers to these questions could forever improve the way you've been doing business and getting great business!  Any question you can come up with...this is your opportunity to ask.  Our panel of brides are both engaged and recently married.  All attendees will be given the opportunity to submit 10 questions (in advance, we'll take more if we have time at the workshop).
Don't miss out on this opportunity!  Click here to REGISTER now...today is the last day!

Did I mention the SPA at WeWed?

Okay, so maybe the spa treatments aren't technically a part of the WeWed Gathering packages; but its right there, on site, so how can you not take advantage of this?   I say, let the stress be taken away to leave room for all the great motivation and inspiration you'll be getting.  You can make reservations in advance for spa services at Esterra by calling (239) 945-6689.  Let them know you're attending WeWed for our group specials.

The venue alone is enough reason to come to WeWed!

The Resort & Spa at Marina Village

Who says you can't learn in paradise?  I'm really excited to have this 3rd WeWed Gathering this brand new waterfront venue.  One thing I can say for certain- this is not your average hotel. It gives uncomplicated luxury an entirely new meaning.

Why hello beautiful waterview every morning. So nice to sit with you on my private lanai and sip coffee with your Gulf Breeze.
As if the speaker and topic lineup wasn't fabulous enough, this might push you over the edge.
Sushi, Gourmet Pizza, Tuna Poki, New York Strip, Salmon, Fresh Fruit & Gourmet Pizzas, Peking Duck Rolls, Caprese Salad, Chicken Piccata, Bruschetta, Fresh baked breads and bakeries...and that is not near the entire menu we'll be serving over the 24 hours.  I don't have enough time to type that entire list!

I think a mid-week promo is a good thing.  Enter Promo code: SignMeUp when you register to get $20 off your registration.  Valid thru 6/5.

Workshop Briefing: The Style Plan

Having a strongly defined and consistent image

All wildly successful businesses share at least one common dynamic: Image.  A great image at that.  And if you haven't realized it already, when it comes to the wedding industry, image is the FIRST (and sometimes last) thing that potential clients consider when selecting their vendors.
Creating an image is not a quick and easy find, but rather a development consisting of many aspects.  Sometimes, we find that we've left out or misinterpreted some of these aspects when we're defining our businesses.  So this workshop is to help us realize, confront, and define what can and perhaps should be done to create a great image for ourselves and our businesses.

Presented by Jeannine Kennedy
Jeannine Kennedy, The Stylish Planner
The objective of The Style Plan is to clearly show the importance of having a strongly defined and consistent image.    The presentation will discuss three key areas of image:
  1. Virtual image: Website, Blog, Online Ads, and Social Media
  2. Business Collateral: Cards, Stationery, Brochures, Books, Albums, etc. and their packaging
  3. Personal Image: You, the person - outward and inward
The Style Plan topics:
  • Overall image case studies of 3 successful individuals
  •  Looking the part- why image matters and should be consistent
  • How your website, blog, and social media use convey your image to others
There is something oh so stylish about attending WeWed, and its even more stylish to have a promo code when you register.  Follow @StylishPlanner on twitter, and tweet her with #WeWed at the end...I'll send you a stylish promo code!
